Evaluate your business and set priorities for improvement with the Business IQ assessment tools: Innovation Capability and Data Capability

The assessment frameworks have been developed by String Theory for The Briefing. The Briefing is a membership organisation offering intelligent research with practical application for New Zealand businesses. 


This is the prototype for the longer-term set up of a toolkit designed for assessing and improving business performance against a range of key areas. It is a companion to the Briefing’s Research Reports. Each assessment ‘tool’ is developed around the critical determinants of success identified in each research report. It can assist you in determining how well prepared your business is going forward and enable easy prioritisation of areas of focus for improvements. 


The assessments so far cover:

Innovation: capability (competence and ability) and innovation level (stage of development).
Data: Current stage of organisational data capability



They are simple question based assessments with simple scoring systems and clear visual representations of results. 



You can repeat the assessment at timed intervals to see how you progress against any goals you set.



The tool is designed for use by a leadership team - and therefore to aggregate scores for multiple members of a group, however, an individual can also use it. The first person to set up a group is automatically registered as the administrator and is able to invite other members and view aggregated results.
